Khovrin International Law Office will be participating at the 27th Monaco Yacht Show as the only exhibiting law firm. Our partners will lay down the arguments that an owner of a high seas going yacht is a subject to the international law of the sea and as such has a full right to enjoy the freedom of navigation without undue intervention of domestic laws of coastal states both fiscal or otherwise, and will give e some practical steps for the superyacht owners in order to protect such rights.
