Education

Mrs Yulia Khovrina-Komnenos graduated as an International Economist from the Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO) in 1992 and obtained a Master’s degree in economics with honours. She has also a First Class (Honours) BSc Degree in Financial Services (UMIST 2001) and became an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers (London) in 2001. Mrs Yulia Khovrina-Komnenos is currently follows Phd programs in digital currencies.
